Yes. Just enter the customer contact name and shipping address in the shipping address field. No prices or billing information will appear on the packing slip.

Immediately upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the shipping business day.

A Free Weekly Courier option is available for Salesforce Staines Office (Salesforce.com, Lotus Park, The Causeway, Staines, TW18 3AG). For all other orders, please select a shipping option provided.

Orders being shipped outside the European Union will incur Duties and taxes which will be paid by the recipient unless you contact us otherwise.

Orders ship from Staines-Upon-Thames, United Kingdom with the following ESTIMATED timelines:

  • UK Overnight = 1 business day after ship date
  • EU Standard Zones 1-5 = 1 business day after ship date
  • EU Standard Zones 6-10 = 2 business days after ship date
  • EU Economy Zones 1-5 = 2/3 business days after ship date

The status of your order can be viewed online under Account. Shipment confirmations with tracking information are sent via email at end of the business day your order was shipped.

The surcharge may apply per shipment when the handling and transportation of shipments involves Lithium Ion or Lithium Metal batteries compliment with the appropriate IATA Packing Instructions 965 to 970, Section II.
